Hello hello!
Hope your week is off to a great start!
Boyfriend and I took today off to re-charge (aka recover) from our whirlwind of a weekend… celebrating 2 very special weddings!
Last night we headed to Los Gatos for the wedding of our very close friends, Kendall and Ryan!
I’ve known Kendall for about 4 years now, and there really isn’t a funnier, nicer, more spontaneous, and all-around fabulous person than her. Her now-husband (!!!) Ryan compliments her in every way possible and they really are the perfect couple.
They had their ceremony and reception at Nestldown – a beautiful, beautiful outdoor venue. It felt like we were in another world, the weather couldn’t have been better, and it reminded me of being in a movie. It was absolutely stunning.
The ceremony was in a grove of redwoods and Kendall walked down a gorgeous “aisle”.
Kendall looked absolutely beautiful and literally took my breath away as she walked down the aisle. Everything about the wedding was truly “her”.
From there we headed to cocktail hour and enjoyed prosecco, wine, beer, a train ride around the property, appetizers (hellooo empanadas with chimichurri sauce, black bean quesadillas and seared ahi tacos!) Can you tell I didn’t eat lunch?
From cocktail hour we headed to the beautiful meadow surrounded by giant redwoods for the most perfect toasts, and a delicious dinner!
Then we moved indoors to a rustic-elegant lodge for dancing, cake and drinks!
The wedding was heartfelt, it was personal, it was beyond gorgeous, and we had an absolute blast.
Kendall and Ryan thank you so much for letting us be a part of your special day! We had the best time!
Congratulations to the newlyweds!

Another beautiful wedding?! WOW! You guys must be all wedding’ed out for a little while! The venue is STUNNING as well as the bride! FUN!
Oh my gosh! Nestledown!! My fave wedding photographer/friend from college did photos for a couple who got married there and I instantly fell in love! Seems like such a romantic spot
Two gorgeous weddings in one weekend? That never happens! Glad you had a great time at both!
This looks like the most gorgeous outdoor setting! I love how she planned to all the different areas for the wedding! How fun that you got to go to two weddings in one weekend! And you looked beautiful at both of them!
